Our goal is to ensure that you as the customer receive immediate attention to
any requests for returning a package that may be damaged, defective or you
received by accident. To ensure this level of service we ask your assistance in
making sure that all returns are submitted correctly. Please review the steps
listed below before sending your package back to us. Any packages received
without these steps being followed could result in unforeseen delays or
qualifying for a refund.
Please Read Very Carefully:
You received an order by accident or want to return the unopened
product:
All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase and must be sent back in
the original sealed packaging (if damaged or defective see below). We will not
accept any returns after 30 days or if the product has been opened (unless
damaged or defective see below). The package being returned must include the
original order# on the shipping label and be sent to: Sound Enterprises, Inc.
5584 Mt. View Road, Nashville TN 37013-2311 ATTN: Return Product. Customer will
be reimbursed for return shipments on incorrectly shipped or defective products.
Once package is received in our warehouse, the customer will be reimbursed for
cost incurred. There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to all orders
returned.
You received an order with defective or damaged product:
If you purchased a product from us and one of the CDs or DVD inside the package
is damaged or defective then please follow these steps. We will replace any of
the CD, DVD or CDs that are damaged or defective. Please send us the damaged CD,
CDS or DVD to: Sound Enterprises, Inc. 5584 Mt. View Road, Nashville TN
37013-2311 ATTN: Defective Product. Please include the original order number on
the outside of the package on the mailing label. All returns must be received
within 30 days of purchase and must be sent back with a brief description as to
what was wrong with the product. (if zipper case or packaging was damaged,
please return the entire package). We will not accept any returns after 30 days.
Canceling Shipped Domestic Orders:
Canceled orders that have already shipped to the customer will be charged for
the shipping. Simply refuse the shipment and have the courier send back the
package without opening. Products opened will result in the customer paying for
the additional cost to ship the package back to Sound Enterprises, Inc. Their
will be a restocking fee of 15% on all returned items. You will be refunded the
balance of your funds minus the shipping cost and restocking fee. If we do not
receive the product back, we will not refund any funds.
Shipped International Orders:
Canceled orders that have already shipped to the customer will be charged back
to the customer for the shipping. You will be responsible for paying the
additional cost of shipping back to Sound Enterprises, Inc. Their will be a
restocking fee of 15% on all returned items. You will be refunded the balance of
your funds minus the shipping cost and restocking fee. Please contact us at
