If you do not have Acrobat Reader, it is available for free download here

Instructions:

Open the pdf file and select "print" from the file menu in Acrobat Reader. If possible, set your printer to double sided mode. At the top of the print window in Acrobat Reader there should be a "Properties" button that pertains to your specific printer properties. Double sided options will be in the "Finishing" settings if your printer has this capability.

If your printer does not have automatic double sided capability, print a stack of the 1st side only. Locate "range" in acrobat print settings and enter 1-1. Re-insert the printed paper into the paper tray facing the proper direction, and print range 2-2 onto the back side of the paper. You may want to try just one first, to test.
